Triathlon
I'm going to compete in my first IronMan Triathlon race this 23rd February. It's a 3.8km swim, 180km bike and 42km run over the period of 17 hours. Most pros and seasoned chaps will stroll through this race in 8 hours (for the pros) and about 14hours (for the veterans)...i however, will be racing my own race, and setting a target to complete, and qualify to be known as an IronMan. Wish me luck. |
